Previously, I shared a ranking of popular kanji choices, but when we started talking about happiness, the conversation naturally turned into something much deeper. I’d like to share that moment with you.

“Happiness isn’t something I feel only when something special happens. I live with the belief that I am already fulfilled in every way, so I always feel happy. Do you understand what I mean? I think the Japanese spirit can relate to this idea.”

With a gentle smile, he spoke such profound words so naturally that it truly warmed my heart.

I am grateful for these meaningful conversations that arise through chance encounters.

Happiness, love, and abundance already exist within us.
